Export data out of SAP B1 (ABAP alternative)

I am looking to automatically pull some custom data out of my SAP B1 database. My research shows that ABAP has similar capability but SAP B1 does not have access to ABAP, where should I go from here? is there a program available to help me automatically export some custom data?
