Fiori UI v HTML5 - Service Ticket List > Dynamic Scroll bar (HTML5 format)

In C4C Sales - HTML5 Service Ticket Listing (format) there is a dymanic scroll bar which allows you to simultaneously scroll down the ticket list and view ALL tickets. In the NEW Fiori UI, you have to click the right facing arrow at the bottom of the list to proceed to the new page/ list of support tickets. Is it possible to change/ revert back to the dynamic scroll bar/ list in the HTML5 format?
