We recently TECO'd a maintenance order for a performance based plan without creating a measurement document as part of the process. This counter is read monthly, and there have been several measurement documents created since the work order was completed. We have the correct counter value from the completion of the work order, which happens to be the same counter value as the subsequent monthly reading. I am wondering if there is a way to created the linked measurement document after the fact, or link the existing measurement document to the completed order so it can be accounted for on the offset. Thank you for any help regarding this.

Keith,
Why don't you do the following:
Alternatively, just create a stand-alone measurement via IK11

Thank you Peter. It let me enter the measurement after releasing the work order as you commented above. It seems like we tried this yesterday without success, but it may have been an entry error. I see in the measurement document that I created there is a reference to the work order number, but it didn't have an effect on what the next planned counter reading is for the call item on hold. I'm wondering if it's pointless to go back and add these as it seems like it won't be applied to the call items already generated.

Not sure this helps either, but on a previous client, we disallowed TECO if there were outstanding measurements on the order.
