Cannot start the SAP Business One Job Service

Hello,

I upgraded to SAP B1 V9.3 PL10
But I can't start SAP Business One job Services and Databases don't appear to Enable Alert
and I removed Server tools and installing it again but Problem still Found
Plese, any one have solutin please write it
