Error During Creation of Sales Order with quotation copy Reference

Hi,

I am trying to create a sales order with reference of quotation, but after I entered the quotation in copy with reference, and click on copy, I receive this

error message:

""Personnel master record 00000003 does not exist"".
Message no. VP250

I checked this message on internet but it seems the employee is not maintained it would have been deleted but i checked with PA30. The employee is exist.

I am abaper dont know much SD configuration. Could you help me, please?
