Line Item Display Report for Business Partner

Hi Experts,

Is there any single standard report in SAP S/4HANA for displaying all the line items of all corresponding roles under a particular Business Partner in SAP S/4HANA, especially in Fiori?

Lets say there is a Business Partner BP001, under whom there is a Customer Role (Cust no: CU001) and Vendor Role (Vend no: VN001).

Is there any line item report tcode/app in S/4HANA where I can see all the receivables and payables line items together for all roles under the business partner in one single view to get an net picture for a particular Business Partner?

Please advise.

If it is for same Business-Partner who is also a customer and vendor, in master-data set-up there is a flag to maintain the same. then the Account associated with the Customer & Vendor will be same, and the receivables and payables for the Business-Partner can be viewed using the Account Line-item report.

This should work also where no ranges for BP and Customer and vendor are different.

Go to FLB1N scroll down and select flag customer items as well. Or go to FLB5N and flag vendor items. Now when you run both customer and vendor related line items will be displayed.

"Manage Supplier Line Items" and "Manage Customer Line Items". both apps look like FBLXn

I believe there is no such report , but you can get the report built . there is a report to get all the entities linked to one BP. I am not sure if you have FICA activate there there is a report FPL9 which gives BP line item report.

Hi Ambarish,

Standard reprot FBL3n/5N gives you the selection of customer and vendor if you tick that it would show the relevant items as well.

I am actually looking for a single view/report/fiori app where I can see both the customer and vendor line items belonging to the same Business Partner. FBL1N/FBL5N would allow me to only view either of the cases, not both.
