email notification hyperlink to ticket for sso

I have created a hyperlink to be embedded in an email template which will open a C4C ticket when clicked:"sap"."com"/thingTypes&bo=COD_GENERIC&node=Root&operation=OnExtInspect¶m.InternalID=#ID#¶m.Type=COD_SRQ_AGENT_TT&sapbyd-agent=TAB&OBNRedirect=X

While this works perfectly when the I am logged into the tenant, it will not work when the I log out of the tenant.

Clicking on the link leads to the login page which will not work as I have no username or password (due to SSO).

Can you tell me what I have done wrong and how to modify the url to open the ticket event if I am not logged into the tenant?

p.s. had to put inverted commas around SAP and Com in the url to allow me to submit the question

    Hi Chris

    You can only see the ticket if you are logged in to the C4C tenant. If you aren't logged in already, then you will get the login page on clicking the URL. That is standard behavior.
