Create Customer Hierarchy Node S/4

Hi,

I need help to create a new Customer Hierarchy Node in SAP S/4. I know how to handle the actual hierarchy and add customers to already created hierarchies in t.code VDH1N - but I don't know how to create a new Hierarchy Node directly in the gui form of S/4.
