substitute in workflow doesn´t have authorization in ME29N

Hello,

I have some problem to define entirely my substite configuration to release PO.

I am trying to configure the replacement process for when a business user leaves.

Once all the configuration is done to keep the substitutes:

1. Define classification labels for tasks
2. Define substitution profiles
3. Group the classifications into profiles.
4. Classify the workflow tasks.
5. Setting up substitutions in SWBP
6. adopt the substitution from pasive user logon.

I have the issue when the substitutes, after adopt it, this one doesn´t have authorization. I thought that when doing this type of configuration the user to approve does not have to have the authorization. It must make sense not to have it, since if I give it directly he can enter always to me29n and i only want he has authorization for the elements has to approve.

Then, the user receives the notification to his workinbox in SAP, but when he clicks on the notification, the message that he has no authorization emerges. Business is telling me that the user doesn´t need to be at the same level of responsabilities.

Of all the help on this, none deals directly with the issue of the transfer of authorizations, in this case the ME29N.

I don´t know if i am using the right task TS
