Dear Experts,
There is a requirement to embed scripts in C4C Appointment screen based on category of the Appointment.
Attached is the sample survey.
1) To achieve this, I created a KUT field of data type Extended Text and defaulted it with the content suggested. However, I found that despite being Extended text field or Formatted text field, I am not able to default the content and was facing an error which asks to reduce the field length.
2) I explored the option of Surveys but found that Surveys are not supported in Appointments.
Having said that, please clarify below queries:
1) Does C4C support Interactive scripting in any form?
2) What is the maximum field length that can be defaulted at the time of creation for an Extended Text field and a Formatted text field?
3) Is it possible to attach surveys to Appointments?
