Incomplete items in catalog. Only complete items were transferred

Hi All,

I am on SRM 5 with CCM 2. I am trying to order an item from a catalog but when I try to pass it back to SRM, it's giving the error message "Incomplete items in catalog. Only complete items were transferred." I have checked the OCI that is passing back from CCM and it looks to be right - all the fields are present and maintained. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why I might be getting this error?
