Unable to view connection entry properties

Dear all,

I'm currently unable to view the properties of connection entries. The option simply does not appear when I right click on a connection:

The buttons to edit/delete a connection also appear greyed out:

I have verified the SAP Logon Options and the option to disable editing is not activated:

I also checked the registry key, just to be sure, and the no edit functionality is not activated:

This wasn't set up initially by me so it might of been somehow deactivated by who set it up. Any idea where I can look or what I can do to get the Properties option appearing again in order to be able to reach the system entry properties?
