openSAP: SAP HANA Cloud Platform Essentials Course - Error During Hana MDC Creation

Hello,

I am taking an "openSAP: SAP HANA Cloud Platform Essentials" course.

During a step to create a database in SAP Hana Cloud Platform cockpit, the system fails to create a database. It responded with an error message "Cannot create SAP HANA tenant database 'myopensap'. There are no free resources available in the landscape. Try again after some time." Please see attached screen capture for additional details capture.jpg

Any suggestions?
