Does SAP Cloud for Real Estate only work with SAP S/4 HANA?

Is SAP Cloud for Real Estate also integrated with SAP ECC / SAP ERP or does it only work with SAP S/4 HANA? Can Customers with lower ERP releases also make use of SAP Cloud for Real Estate?

    SAP Cloud for Real Estate is a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution running on SAP Cloud Platform. It can be used completely independent of any SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA installation. Functionality like Location Management and Workspace Management are available without any integration.

    But further functionality is available through integrations into other SAP solutions, including SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA and SAP Intelligent Asset Management. The integration into Contract and Lease Management is also available for SAP ERP EhP 8.
