Wondering if any one has any suggestion on the following issue i am facing.
Account based COPA provides profitability report(s) that can be reconciled with financial accounting. However, during a transaction, only true objects can be catered through SAP. For Eg: when raw material is issued to production order and related receipts after settlement is carreid out, profitability segments cannot be generated on these transactions as order is a true object. Same is the case where material is issued to cost center, in which case profitabilit segment cannot be generated by the system as the cost center is a true object.
Therefore, there will be a difference in profitability reporting and financial accounting. Is there any solution to this issue, where FI figures can be reconciled with profitability report.
