SAP correction Notes

Hello,

We have ECC5.0 system, that was upgraded from R/3 46C.

There is note 500854 that contains a corrrection code, in the "support package" tab : "SAP_APPL 46C SAPKH46C32".

1)Beside checking if the code is implemented, how do I know if this note was implemented in ECC5.00 ?

2)Are all corrections for R/3 46C implemented in ECC5.0 ?
