Creating a KF in C4C with restictions/filters/conditions on KF and characteristics

Hi,

Really hope some of you wizards in here can help me out with this one..

I'm looking for a way to set up a KF for opportunities in C4C to show the number of opportunities that fulfil the following criteria:

1. Expected Sales Values > 0

2. Chance of Success > 0%

3. Description <> "" (not empty)

4. Last change date < 180 days

5. Exp. order date > today (order date in the future)

(...and a KF to show the number of opportunities that does not fulfil the above criteria)

Any idea for how to set this up in C4C?

Hi Stefan,

The criteria which you have mentioned can be achieved by adding condition on key figure or filter on characteristic.

If the field which you need is key figure then you can go to "Rows and Columns" section in Reports and can set the condition by clicking on triangle beside key figure and set the condition

And If the field is characteristic you can directly set the filter in "Selection" tab

You can use standard "Counter" field in the report which will give you the number of opportunities which satisfies the required filter criteria.

Almost all the fields which you have mentioned can have filters set directly without need to create custom key figure
