LMS Learning - Account Code

While participants are registering for a course, they are being asked for an Account Code, without which the participants are unable to enroll. We have tried entering the cost center, 8 times zeroes etc. However, it does not work. screenshot-3-li.jpg

Could someone kindly help?

I see the scheduled offering has a price. If there is a price associated to the scheduled offering, there has to be an organization, account, etc. that has to keep track of the data. Check https://help.sap.com/viewer/5fae31b1299d4033b665edabea7b9087/latest/en-US/5701ceaedf7444219958f0694f... to see if the users have an associated account code.

Hello Christopher,

I checked this, however, it does not work since our LMS is not synced with Finance and the charge is more for users to know about the cost associated with the particular training.

We do not bring over cost center information into LMS under user information.
