I am currently upgrading the computers on my network and there are a few users that user Crystal Viewer. Since I am upgrading the computers we are moving from to Windows 7 to Windows 10. So I wanted to make sure that all the software that they use be updated as well. So I install Crystal Viewer 2016 instead of the 2013. For some reason when the user exports checks from spectrum the MICR numbers that have the bank details do not show up. I made sure that the computer has the MICR font just in case and it still does not show up. However it opens up just fine on the old computer. I have unistalled 2016 and tried 2013 on the new computer just to have the same issue of missing MICR.
