Changing dates in Work order

When trying to change basic start date and finish date in Work order.It allows to change it in case of some order types but for some order type after saving the work order gets changed too system date.Need to know where is the config setting for the same

After unchecking Auto sceduling it works,the dates are changed on saving ,but on releasing the workorder the dates resets back to current date.

Try transaction OPU7 (SPRO -> Set Scheduling Parameters)
