Hello,

I faced this issue, and got this resolved myself after checking multiple blogs

To resolve this and to see print preview, menu Goto>click on Standard preview

This should resolve the issue

Hi Amy,

We are also getting the same error which is in screen shot. But in opentext VIM. In invoice image screen we are getting this error.

Kindly provide any suggestions to solve this issue.
