Could deployment not updating tomcat context.xml from config location

Hi Experts,

I am trying to change CookieProcessor in tomcat to legacy one instead of Rfc6265CookieProcessor. But this change is not reflecting in cloud after deployment.

As of now I tried with _CUSTOMIZE_ and from config/tomcat/ config. Still its picking Rfc6265CookieProcessor. Any have any idea why this is so?

Am I missing something here? I took tomcat develop templete from platform and put it inside config. Kibana also not giving any hint
