ITSM defect management: Creation of Organization object

Dear Experts,

We are configuring ITSM for Defect management with Inbound Email configurations.

We are good upto Rules policy creation but i dint find the Organization object while defining Actions for conditions. How to create Organizational object for Defining Actions in Conditions?

We need to create Dispatcher team.

you can use backend (GUI) transaction PPOMA_CRM OR PO10.

Hi,

you can extend your routing rules to multible teams. Make sure you add an explicit end of rule processing. Takes a bit of trial and error. But it's a great feature.

Now we are able get the organizational list.

Now the issue is after configuring the email notifications, testers able to get the mail notification but Processor and Dispatcher team is not getting the mail.

I used YMTD_STD_MAIL_FORM as PPF. Can you help to create different action for the dispatcher and processor.
