Dear all,
Operation confirmation is generating un error:
- Underdelivery not allowed for final confirmation (check entry)
- Message N° RU036

overdelivery/ underdelivery tolerances are maintained in OPK4 as follows:

Underdelivery : X Error when quantity falls below underdelivery tolerance
Overdelivery: X Error when overdelivery tolerance is exceeded

Now the error appears in the following case:

Operation qty = 50

Yield = 45
Scrap = 5

Normally the sum of the yield and scrap quantity is 50 but couldn't confirm the operation, I have the error message RU036 (

Underdelivery not allowed for final confirmation (check entry))

Thanks in advance for your help

Hello Rupesh, we are not using a single screen entry (CO11N) in which SAP not 692199 refers to. We have a customized tcode equivalent to CO19.

Hello,

Please check in default confirmation type in the Customizing of the single entry screen Transaction OPK0 is set to Partial confirmation.

In CO11N use final confirmation

Operation qty = 50

Yield = 45
Scrap = 5

And check if you get same error message.

Or you can overwrite this message, please refer SAP note 692199 - Modification: Suppressing Information Message RU039

Hello Caetano, thanks for your feedback.
Note 203107 explains only about PLANNED scraps during goods receipts, in my case I am facing this issue during actual scraps defined during confirmations.
As I have explained earlier, I cannot confirm 45 + 5 (scraps) with B40, even though I have 50 pcs total in my previous operation.
Best regards,

Caetano

Hello

Please read carefully the following SAP note, as it talks about the scrap in the confirmation and it explains the standard logic behind this calculation:

203107 - Proposed quantity for planned scrap
