Alert Notification - Address Change

Greetings,

We are experiencing issues with triggering an alert notification when an employee changes his/her Address record.

I used Address Model and saved the rule on Address portlet as an onSaveAlert rule.

Any ideas what may cause the issue?

I created another rule using Employment Information Model.

Let's see if that'll work.
