We have one requirement where few users should not edit marketing permissions for contacts (In Marketing permissions tab), but same users they have to see the history of marketing permissions. We have created one business role with catalogue "SAP_CEC_BC_MKT_DMB2_PC" but i couldn't find any option to disable edit button in marketing permissions.
In the settings, We have option to select/de-select Actions (Column properties), but this is user specific and they can select actions when ever they want to enable.
Through Adapt UI, we can remove that settings button after we de-select Actions box, but if we remove that settings, not sure this will effect for all users and can we add that button again or not
