SAP SUCCESSFACTORS CERTIFICATION IF YOU LEAVE YOUR JOB

Hello Team!

When I was Consultant I got the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification and when I leave the company I though that certification still with me. So I when to www.sapcredentialmanager.com/ and I change the new S-USER (with my new job) and I did with this new S-USER the Delta Exams but when I wanted to take my certification I realease that I did not have it 😞 because I did not use the old S-USER.

My Question: Now I am going to do again the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification. If for example I leave my actual job and I move to other job what is the step that I need to follow to bring my Sap SuccessFactors Employee Central certification?

For other hand, If I wanted to be a Freelancer. How I can keep this certification if I do not have S-USER?

Hi,
I faced the same problem before. You only need to contact SAP Support, give them your old and new S-User and they will do the mapping between both accounts to keep your certification available.

I think sap credential manager website no longer works. All certifications are now available in https://www.youracclaim.com/
