How to create new B2B website?

Hi experts,

I am trying to create new b2bl. And i want to create the user group such that only the specific user can see the specific product.

Is it possible in Hybris .I am new in Hybris and which receipe have to use b2b_acc or b2b_acc_plus i am confuse in that.
