Quality Control in SAP ByDesign

Hi Community !!!

I have configured in my SAP ByDesign the process for quality control when purchasing a specific product.

The process is working, the system opens automatically an inspection, but I have a few questions, maybe someone can help me because I can't find the answer.

Keep in mind that in my case, we have to inspect the whole quantity of the product, I mean that we are not taking samples and inspect them, we check every item.

My questions:

1. When the inspection is created by the system and I approve all the qty, the stock is still in "Inspection mode", so I cannot use the stock until I make a "Change of Stock". Is there any way for the system to remove automatically the "inspection mode"?.

2. Even if a say to the system that there are for example 3 "Destructed items" the system anyway put the whole qty in the inventory... That not make any sense... What I'm missing?

3. There is an automatic way that after I approve the inspection, the system transfer automatically the items to the final warehouse? or every time I have to do a "Goods movement"?

Thank you very much.

I hope someone can help me with this.

Regards

Diego
