JVM error when open Crystal Report viewer 2016 in mac OSX

My current system :

OS : Mojave 10.14.6

JDK installed : Adopt OpenJDK8

I downloaded crystal report viewer 2016 from https://www.crystalreports.com/crystal-viewer/ ( name: 51053648_Crystal_Reports_Viewer_2016_SP7 )

I encountered error as per above screenshot when trying to open the installed app.

Another thing is, I found that the installed app is in 2013 version instead of 2018 ( please refer to top left corner of my screenshot )

I checked config.ini, only having below content :

How can i solve above issue ?
