SAP Cloud Platform Extension Factory setup failed with error "Native SSL"

Dear Community,

When creating an event notification subscription in C4C tenant for SAP Cloud Platform Extension Factory as described in C4C pairing environments' document Configure an Event Notification I'm getting an error message "SAP Cloud Platform Extension Factory setup failed with error "Native SSL"."

Any ideas, please?

In my case it was resolved with the help from SAP Support.

'DST Root CA X3' certificate was missing in our system.

Got it from here https://www.identrust.com/dst-root-ca-x3 and copied the content into a dst.cer file. Went to WoC Administrator -> Common Tasks -> Edit Certificate Trust List and uploaded the certificate file.

Repeated the registration and now it's connected.
