We have configure SAP incident management and service request in SAP solution manger 7.2 .
We have copy the
SMIN To YMIN (Create Incident Management)
SMRQ To YMRQ (Create service request )
We have customized both YMIN or SMIN as per our requirement .
Our requirement is email functionality :
When user is Execute T-code : SM_CRM than he select the role SOLMANREQU - Solution Manager ITSM End User
than user is fill the request as per the requirement in Create incident and create service request .
When user is click on Confirm and send option we want to send email to One common SAP help desk id .
Please guide me how i configure this ...
