Activity Confirmations

Hello all,

I'm new to SAP and new to supervision, and I'm running into issues in the activity confirmation process. I'm using tcode CO11N per company instructions.

While manufacturing, we routinely produce more parts than what the production order calls for. These extra parts go into inventory and get consumed by future orders. When entering yield data into CO11N, I'm getting an error that tells me the yield quantity is not equal to the quantity listed on the production order and it won't let me save the confirmation.

How do I get SAP to accept a yield greater than what was planned? I don't want to just enter the number on the production order, as we'll end up accumulating inventory that isn't documented in SAP.

Hi Dan,

Are you getting the Warning message(or) the Error message ?, (can you please share )

Could you please check the Goods Receipt Tab details of the Production Order, that you are refereeing , check for the Tolerances data maintained in this Order( as shown, in attachment)
