AB08 to reverse acquisition and error no. 00341 Runtime error UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION has occurred

Hi Gurus,

I try to reverse asset aquisition AB08 but met the error. We are using S/4HANA.

Runtime error UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION has occurred

Message no. 00341

Diagnosis

Error texts from the batch input are not output

Only a placeholder

The thing is that I have assets in other company codes could work and reverse without problem. The only difference between the error asset company code and successfull asset company code is that the error company code has one depreciation area deactivated. So acquistion will have 0L and NLL postings, but depreciation will only post to 0L.

Here is the pic of chart of depepricaiton C001 and C002 in testing, Z1 is NLL for accounting principle GAAP and 0L is LL for 60.

In parallel ledgers, we set all the company codes ( assigned to C001 or C002 ) to both 0L for 60 and Z1 for GAAP.

C001 is the chart of depreciation where the company codes has this error in AB08. C002 has no problem.

The depreciation areas setting are like:

In both charts of depreciation, the asset aquisition postings are in pairs in LL and NLL as the same.

Could be there anything missing so that I got the error? The message really doesn't tell much or give any directions.

Thanks a million´╝ü

Emma
