Satisfaction Survey Not available in Activity planner value search

Hi Guys ,

Currently i am working on the scenario , where i need to send the opportunity survey to the customer . Sending the satisfaction survey to customer is working fine .

But i am not able to make an activity plan that contains the satisfaction survey . When i create an activity plan and try to add satisfaction survey , it doesnt appear in search help . Surveys other than "Satisfaction " category are available

So , not sure why satisfaction survey are not available in search help of activity plan for adding .

I created one survey of type "Satisfaction " , with ID : 41

Now if i create an activity plan and try to add "satisfaction " survey using search help , then i am not able to get this survey .

What should be the probable reason for this ?

Pls suggest .

Hi Bhumika ,

The Activity plan is meant for internal surveys where as Satisfaction survey is an External survey.

You will not be able to view this survey under Survey tab of the opportunity as well as that tab is also meant for Internal Surveys.

You can Send out Satisfaction survey only through a mail workflow or Sales campaign.

Thanks Arun for the reply , got the point . I tried sending the "satisfaction survey" and was able to successfully configure it via workflow.
