Index server CPU utilization is 100 percent in S/4 Hana 2.0 SPS03 Production.

Hello Experts ,

We are using S/4 Hana 2.0 SPS03 in our Production Landscape. But we are getting alerts high CPU utilization from solution manager . When we checked we could see that Indexserver is always useing maximum CPU . I would request you to suggest what might be the issue and how should we proceed to resolve the issue.
