Purchase requisition release strategy stuck with level 1 and no further levels are triggering

Hello Sir,

I have a configuration and classification values maintained properly for release strategy for PR. When I am simulating the release strategy in CL30N it is providing results as expected. For example below are the classification values for release strategy

G1G1 100,01-10000,00 GBP

G1G2 10000,01-15000,00 GBP

G1G3 15000,01-100000,00 GBP

G1G4 100000,01-500000,00 GBP

G1G5 >500000,00 GBP

When I am simulating Strategy in CL30N for order value keeping 10 GBP, no release strategy is getting triggered as expected

When I am simulating Strategy in CL30N for order value keeping 101 GBP, release strategy G1G1 is getting triggered as expected

When i am simulating Strategy in CL30N for order value keeping 15000 GBP, G1G2 release strategy is getting triggered as expected

And same is the case for G1G3, G1G4 and G1G5

But when I am creating a PR in ME51N for value 10 GBP, release strategy G1G1 is getting triggered.

When I am creating a PR in ME51N for value 15001 GBP, release strategy G1G1 is getting triggered, here it must have triggered G1G3.

Please provide your valuable inputs.

Hi,

It seems a wrong assignment of classification values in CL24N. Please check and compare the values assigned in CL24N and the corresponding values in the PR.

Please check assigned characteristic for each release strategy in tcode CL20N.

Make sure that 'Total Value of Item' characteristic for each release strategy have appropriate value.

All values in CL20N are properly maintained. When simulating in CL30N it is getting picked up properly for all levels as per values in CL20N

It is not about success simulating in CL30N.

I think your assigned characteristic was overlap. So, anything PR value will always appear release strategy G1G1.

Please capture assigned characteristic for release strategy G1G1.
