Feature seems to be buggy at least in the latet 2.18 beta version. I didn't check an older version. Machine has 36GB free on C and 17,2GB free an D. Outcome analysis: Available Drive Space Check 0.16 GB

Platform Support Tool:

A) Does not display on which drive is the low avail space

B) Is the figure miscalculated 17,2GB vs. 0,16GB ?!?

Dear Toby,

no the host has no hdd drives attached then C and D. Only a CDROM is displayed inside the performance metrics.

On the Server and Services Alerts screenshot, the unit of measure is % as indicated by the property name (Available Disk Space %). We display the same value as shown in the CMC FRS metrics. We can look into rounding this value.

For the SAP Host Agent available disk space metric, I believe this could be picking up a floppy disk drive or a drive created by Windows OS usage. Can you confirm if this host has any other drives besides C and D? We have already recieved a request in the past to be able to filter out certain drives (for example windows temp drives, floppy drives, certain mounted drives, etc). We are looking into implementing this in a future version.

Values in hardware report are also right. Beside that the figures would be human readable in GB.
