Capturing EEO-1 Data in the US

Hi there,

We are in the midst of implementing SuccessFactors at our company. Can anyone please share with us how they are capturing EEO-1 data via Onboarding for the US? i.e. design, formatting, etc.

Any responses would be much appreciated!

Hi Leslie,
Based on the customer (Industry) the design for EEO-1 or EEO-4 the requirements change. For every customer, I have created a custom panel because standard out of the box does not meet the need.

The best approach is to work with the customer compliance team and finalizes the requirements keeping the reporting and integration need.

Design - Keep the Ethnicity and Race Data Fields on Panel.
Formating - Try to give them a radio button and dropdown. Avoid Checkbox for multiple selections.
