Maintenance types Report

hello SAP gurus,

i have a question regarding plant maintenance. How we can get the SAP standard report for all maintenance types i.e. preventive, corrective, calibration, corrective and all. What we have to do for getting the standard report . i want to know the complete process. Kindly help me to solve this query.

IW38 or IW39 allows you to list all order types.
