Cannot disable Identity Provisioning Service (Trial) in NEO

Hi,

I want to disable the Identity Provisioning Service subscription in my NEO account, but the "Disable" button on the service`s detail page is disabled. I have Administrator role.The subscription prevents me from deleting my NEO account.

Any advice, what I could have missed?

Hi Andre,

If you still have this problem, please create a ticket to component BC-IAM-IPS and we'll unsubscribe your trial account. Then you'll be allowed to disable the Identity Provisioning service.
