Determine material price based on Purchase order data during consignment settlement

Hello Experts,

Could you please go through the business process and the example and give me your ideas on how to implement it:

-> Materials is procured via consignment.

-> PO Created in April 2019 and price in the consignment PIR = $1000. 101 K posted in April 2019.

-> Material is transferred to company stock in August 2019 and price in the consignment PIR at that time was $1200. RF Guns are used to post 411 K and BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE is create the material document. We would like to settle the consignment purchase for $1000 based on the PO creation date (Currently value is getting updated from the latest price in the PIR).

Are there are BADIs/Enhancement to get the valuation price from the PIR based on the PO date and update it in the 411 K material document. (Material is batch managed so, batch# in 411 K document can be used to identify the related 101 K and Purchase order#).
