Reallocate the inbound b2b email

Hi experts,

the inbound b2b email is activated in our system.

Our scenario is: the employee send the contacts emails and put the cod.b2b email address in cc/bcc. The emails arrive the system. However, If the email address of the TO-party is maintained at more than one contact, the email will be only allocated to the first contact.

My questions are,

- how to reallocate the email to another contact, if the first contact isn't the correct one?

- Can the email be manually allocated to the lead, opportunity etc?
