The ATM setup on system xxx is owned by system 'B#0'. No maintenance functions are available

Hello Experts,

SAP notes: 2502193 and 2717432 are not helpful in resolving the issue "The ATM setup on system xxx is owned by system 'B#0'. No maintenance functions are available" in DBA Cockpit configuration of ATM (Automatic Table Maintainence).

Any ideas are appreciated?
