I want to start HR as functional , as I have 6+ years experience in SAP as abaper and as well as in ( Security, Basis performance ) . Now I am interested and very keen to start SAP HR functional stuff .

Can some body tell me the tips how can I start?

- I have the following websites

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_470/helpdata/EN/e1/8e51341a06084de10000009b38f83b/frameset.htm

http://www.planetsap.com/hr_hrtrans.htm

http://www.saptutorials.com/index.php?a=list&d=2&p=3&strict=1&w1=P

I’m thinking I should try to understand the questions on these forums and just read the answers. Try to understand the business process .
