return mailto in Conversational AI

Looking for a solution to have something like an html mailto: returned from the backend in the chat of the Conversational ai bot. Does anyone else have experience with this?

Hello Kate,

You can't have mailto functionality with text response but with button you can have this functionality, just need to add mailto:someone@example.com in button link
