Personal and common options when add reschedule an OB Campaign Call


Hi All,

We need to restring the personal and common options when agent reschedule an OB Campaign Call, I mean the agent must not use the option personal, only the option common must be selected.

When agent reschedule an OB Campaign Call, it must be available for all agent assigned to Campaign.

We checked OB Campaign setting, but we don’t have this option.

Does anybody know how to be implemented this restriction?
