Not all fields from C4C are visible in Adobe Lifecycle Designer

Hello Community,

I have received the following requirement from the customer.
The PDF account summary should contain information from the tab "Ticket". The table in C4C contains the following standard fields:

When I do the data binding in Adobe Life Cycle Designer, I see only ID, Subject, Status and Status Description.

But I also want to display the fields "Created on" and "Assigned to" in the PDF summary. Does anyone have any idea why the fields are not shown in Adobe Lifecycle Designer?
