Dear ones Thanks for your help in the process of installing and configuring SAP Business Objects after first logging into http: // localhost: 8080 / BOE / CMC I can browse the platform and work normally to make the parameterization to connect to the SAP server. I have noticed that after the restart of the machine (where has BOE installed can not log in giving the following error:
"Account information not recognized: Could not reach CMS 'SAPSDV: 6400'. The CMS on machine 'SAPSDV' was stopped due to a critical error. (FWM 20031)"
If it was working and then stopped after a reboot then you need to look at CMS and SIA logs in /logging dir as well as in Event Viewer logs to see why.
