C4C Ticket (Service Request) - Release of only certain line item from Ticket Item

Hello all,

We are using Tickets in our C4C Implementation and from Tickets, we are creating Followup documents (Sales Orders) in the downstream SAP S4 system.

In the Ticket Item tab, we add the items which when we click the standard Action - Release to ERP button, this information flows to S4 and creates a Sales Order.

Query: Each time we click the Action - Release to ERP button, all the items in the Ticket Item table, get released. Is there any way to control this? We tried using the selection checkboxes etc. but none of it works.

All the items get released each time. Any pointers on this will be appreciated.
